How our Accelerator program works

At EWA Catalyst, we believe the best learning comes from real-world experience and
mentorship from those who’ve been there, guiding you through your Accelerator journey.

3 months of mentoring (Up to 12 hours of mentorship)

You’ll be paired with a dedicated mentor after a short chemistry call to confirm compatibility. 95% of mentees report satisfaction with their mentor after this session. Your mentor will assist in scaling your business At the end of the program, you’ll receive a certificate of achievement.

Mentoring Platform

Use the Mentoring Platform to track progress, take notes, rate sessions, and more.

Advanced Training and Support

We’ll help you define your SMART goals and provide guidance on maximizing your mentoring sessions. Our advanced mentoring content will ensure you're supported every step of the way you to achieve your business milestones.

Exclusive Events and Resources

As a mentee, you will receive the option of free or discounted access to our educational events and more exclusive perks. You'll also get access to exclusive career focused e-books, guides, themed libraries, and more.

Community and 1:1 networking opportunities

You'll be matched regularly with other mentees for 1:1 networking video chats to build your network. On average, our mentees establish 2.26 new connections via the program (data from November 2023).
